After decades of dedicated leadership, Peter Romano is taking a step back from day-to-day operations while continuing to be an important part of LANDTECH’s story. We extend our deepest gratitude to Pete for his unwavering commitment and vision in building LANDTECH into the respected firm it is today.
As of January 2025, Andy Soumelidis, P.E., has taken on the role of Owner and Principal. A pivotal leader at LANDTECH for more than a decade, Andy brings both a deep understanding of our industry and a forward-thinking vision for the future. With Andy at the helm, LANDTECH remains committed to delivering the same trusted excellence while embracing new opportunities ahead.

It’s an incredible honor to take on this new role at LANDTECH. I’m grateful for the opportunity to lead such a skilled and dedicated group of professionals, and to build on the strong foundation Pete has established over the past several decades.
