LandTech Secures P&Z Approval for 12-Unit Townhouse Project in Norwalk

We’re excited to support a new townhouse community at 38 Lois Street and 1 Bishop Street in Norwalk, recently approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission. The project consolidates two parcels into a half-acre site, featuring 12 two- and three-bedroom units across two buildings, with one designated as affordable housing. Plans include 18 parking spaces, shared outdoor gathering areas with grills, landscaped screening, and new sidewalks and curbing to enhance the streetscape.

Set within a transitional neighborhood, the townhouse design bridges urban and residential character, providing much-needed “missing middle” housing. Construction is expected to begin within 60 days, with completion anticipated in Fall of 2026, reflecting LandTech’s expertise in zoning, site planning, and sustainable residential development.
