LANDTECH provided site/civil engineering, environmental, and permitting services for the CI Beach Barn, a 12,000 sq. ft. custom seaside residence on the shores of Long Island Sound in Westport. Designed in a modern industrial style with three distinct wings, the home features unique exterior finishes, expansive terraces, a pool pavilion, and panoramic waterfront views. With complex architectural elements and a sensitive coastal location, our team ensured the project’s successful approvals and integration into its shoreline setting.
