Situated along the Saugatuck River waterfront, this unique project features a barn-style building connected to a small residence, designed by Cardello Architects. LANDTECH provided site/civil engineering, environmental, and permitting services to support the design and construction, ensuring the project met regulatory requirements while respecting the sensitive riverfront setting. LANDTECH also assisted with coastal waterfront structures permitted by CTDEEP to include a new seawall and dock.
