LANDTECH provided surveying, site/civil engineering, environmental, and permitting services for redevelopment efforts in Noroton Heights, a village within the Town of Darien. The project transforms the former Noroton Heights Shopping Center into a vibrant mixed-use destination, with new retail, residential, and community amenities designed to complement Darien Commons and Heights Crossing while enhancing the commuter-oriented neighborhood.
