LANDTECH provided survey, site/civil engineering, environmental, and permitting services to support the restoration and reimagining of the historic Silvermine Inn and Tavern, now GrayBarns on the Silvermine River. The project preserved the property’s historic charm while introducing modern amenities, including four new residences, a refined inn, and a reduced-capacity restaurant. Today, GrayBarns continues its legacy as a destination for both the community and visitors, blending history, hospitality, and residential living along the Silvermine River.
