The Circle Diner redevelopment preserves the iconic existing diner while transforming the site through the removal of two outdated hotel buildings to make way for 250 new residential units and a 100-key hotel. LANDTECH provided surveying, site/civil engineering, and environmental services with a focus on the property’s sensitive coastal location. Our team also led the CAM and special permitting processes, navigating both state and local approvals to move this complex mixed-use project forward.
