LANDTECH provided surveying, site/civil engineering, environmental, and permitting services for the redevelopment of 81 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield. The project includes 245 residential units with ground-floor commercial space, creating a vibrant mixed-use community. With approvals secured, we’re excited to see this project break ground and bring new housing and amenities to the area.
