Working Together Through the Process

LandTech, working closely with our client through the construction process, created site development and permitting for this amazing property situated along Pepperidge Lake, corner of Tupelo Road. Our permitting process secured approvals from the Westport-Weston Health District and the Westport departments of Conservation, Engineering, Zoning and the Westport Building Department, culminating in a final residential Certificate of Occupancy.
