Santa makes guest appearance at Saugatuck Center

LandTech fans and Westport residents were treated to a special guest appearance when Santa arrived by police boat, amidst lights and sirens, for the annual Saugatuck Center tree lighting and gift drive. This year’s event was another big success, with everyone bringoing in the holiday season by gathering gifts for needy families. Sponsored by Gault and LandTech, with foods provided by Saugatuck Sweets and Fleishers Craft Butchery, the occasion collects toys under the tree, which are then distributed by Al’s Angels. We learned through an unnamed source that Pete Romano of LandTech – a close personal friend of Santa’s – had a jolly good time helping out.
