The lower portion of the Saugatuck Center features beautifully outfitted specialty retail spaces around a common courtyard that leads to the marina docks and boatyard. The retail spaces include several renowned high-end restaurants, a craft butchery and new york-style deli, an award-winning ice cream and candy shop, and a surf and dive shop with paddleboard rentals on the river. Above these spaces are office units wrapped around the courtyard and along the street.
