Plans for the reimaginating of the historic Fairfield Community Theatre were developed by architect Peter Wormer AIA and Wormser + Associates Architects, working with other professionals within the LANDTECH Group. Plans call for a complete restoration of the historic theatre to its original condition, as well as development of surrounding buildings and open spaces to recreate the sense of place as a community hub that this legendary theatre once occupied in central Fairfield, CT.

The project design calls for the rehabilitation of the central theatre as well as surrounding retail and office spaces on both sides of the theatre. The design imagines stone pedestrian walkways that offer through-ways to parallel streets, as well as construction of an arts center affiliated with nearby Fairfield University.
