Fletcher Storage
Strategically located along Route 7 between Norwalk and Danbury, 241 Ethan Allen is a newly renovated industrial and self-storage facility offering a variety of storage solutions for both businesses and residents. LANDTECH provided surveying, site/civil engineering, environmental, and permitting services at the local, state, and federal levels to support the redevelopment and ensure compliance across all regulatory requirements.
Glass House
