Pine Street Concessions is a gourmet food hall in New Canaan, CT, featuring three kitchen stands, retail space, extensive seating inside, patio area and parking. The hall includes three permanent food vendors: a wood fired pizza stand, an Asian noodle shop, and a California-style plant-based eatery, as well as a Farmers’ Market Table where smaller venors can sell homemade and seasonal fresh-grown produce and other products.

The project is the creation of New Canaan Racquet Club president Peter Lane. The building, designed by Balance Architecture LLC, occupies 3,000 square feet and stands 1 and 1/2 stories high. The retro design and vaulted ceiling are intended to evoke classic mid-century train station buildings.
