Kent Falls and The Food Cycle is a growing farm-to-table organization consisting of a farm and brewery in Kent, CT and a distillery in Portchester, NY. LANDTECH has been assisting Kent Falls and The Food Cycle in their vision to build facilities to create high-quality produce, beers, and spirits with a focus on community awareness, energy conservation, and sustainability. The firm provides environmental services, wastewater treatement design, and has overseen the permitting and the approvals process through various local, state and federal boards and agencies.

The Kent Falls Brewing Company will incorporate hops grown on the farm, wild yeasts from the local environment, well water, and local fruits for flavoring. Waste heat from the brewing process will be captured and redistributed and wort-soaked spent grain will be used as animal feed and compost. The farm operates a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program that serves the local community as well as areas of New York City. Future plans include a fine-dining restaurant, a casual eatery, and a small inn.
