LANDTECH provided surveying, environmental, and site/civil engineering services for Garavel Subaru’s brand-new state-of-the-art facility in Norwalk. Leading the permitting efforts, our team worked closely with local and state agencies to bring the project from concept to approval. The challenging site topography was leveraged to design and construct a second-floor parking deck, optimizing space and functionality while delivering a modern dealership experience.
