New regulations on notifications

Connecticut just mandated that anyone planning new coastal or marine structures (such as a dock, boathouse, jetty, bridge or seawall) is now responsible for legally notifying all property owners (along with the usual regulatory organizations) within a 500 foot radius when the project is submitted.
