We’re thrilled to support Waveny LifeCare in obtaining P&Z approval for their new two‑story wing at 3 Farm Road. Key highlights include 30 rehab rooms, new parking, and a thoughtfully designed healing garden featuring Ginkgo and lilac plantings.

The project, groundbreaking in January 2026, reflects our strengths in civil engineering, ecological restoration, landscape design, and regulatory approvals. It aligns with our mission to enhance communities through sustainable, health‑focused site solutions.
