Dan Glimcher, Managing Principal, Glimcher Capital Group

As Managing Principal, Daniel Glimcher has developed, provided advisory services and invested in over $500 million worth of real estate transactions, including acquisition and development of the parcel located in front of Bally’s Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Prior to founding Glimcher Capital Group, Daniel Glimcher spent five years at the law firm of Jones Day, where his practice involved complex real estate investments, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, financings and restructurings, construction and development, and leasing transactions world-wide. Glimcher has represented hospitality, office, retail, and residential developers; private equity real estate funds; investment and commercial banks; institutional investors; private real estate companies; and corporations with their real estate matters. Glimcher received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Scott Pollack, Managing Director, Glimcher Capital Group

Scott is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities as well as new fund development. Previously Pollack was a Director with Tannery Brook Partners and a Portfolio Manager with CWCapital Investment Management. He was responsible for the asset management/work-out of an $850 million portfolio of distressed CRE loans and REO. From 2004 to 2008 Pollack was a Fund Manager at MMA Financial where he managed a $235 million multi-investor, subordinate debt fund and two pension fund portfolios. Previously Pollack worked at MONY Realty Capital, Inc where he underwrote and closed over $1.6 billion of permanent loans, construction loans and mezzanine loans and purchased $200 hundred million of subordinate debt in the secondary markets. From 1994 to 1997, Pollack worked at Cushman & Wakefield. Pollack has a Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University.

Peter Wormser, AIA, Wormser + Associates Architects

Wormser + Associates Architects has been creating award-winning residential, commercial and institutional architecture for the past 25 years. Clients range from luxury custom homes to retail outlets (such as Restoration Hardware’s flagship store in New York City) to large-scale commercial mixed-use developments. Peter possesses design and engineering skills, extensive understanding of municipal zoning regulations and the ability to create viability assessments for development projects that make him a valuable asset to LandTech Group projects. His team are also able to provide ongoing architectural project management and construction administration.


Jeff Seaver, Principal, Seaver Interactive

Jeff has a long, accomplished career in marketing and the visual arts, including website design, graphic design, branding and naming, social media campaigns, blogging and content marketing. He and his team have the skills to perform competitive reviews and market research on branding and rebrands, naming and competivie analysis for projects. They create websites, social media and other marketing campaigns, and can public relations campaigns to help overcome local opposition and gain approvals to pave the way for a successful launch and roll-out of entire projects.
