Pete has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, site planning, permit coordination, project team management and construction administration. He has overseen public projects for state and local municipalities and provided consultation, engineering and planning to private development firms for residential, commercial and retail projects throughout Connecticut. He also provides these services to builders, contractors and homeowners for every stage of project design through permitting and construction. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the CT Society of Civil Engineers and the National Environmental Health Association. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Roger Williams College.

LANDTECH is providing a wide range of engineering and planning services for this multi-phase ongoing project, including lengthy approval processes, environmental studies, civil engineering and traffic and site planning and construction management. Phase II will add a 22,000 sq ft expansion, outdoor pool and poolhouse, and expansion of outdoor facilities.
Andy Soumelidis, PE

For more than 15 years at LANDTECH, Andy has provided comprehensive site planning and design services to both the public and private sectors from individual homeowners to national governments. He works diligently to meet submission deadlines by navigating the often complex regulatory process with developers, homeowners, land-use attorneys, and architects. He assists clients from the conceptual stages of a project through design development, construction documents and construction oversight. Andy specializes in site design, hydraulic and hydrologic studies, stormwater management design, sanitary sewer systems, septic design, and erosion and sediment controls. Andy graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a Professional Engineer in Connecticut.

Daniel Glimcher has developed, provided advisory services for, and invested in multiple iconic real estate transactions, including the development of the parcel located in front of Bally’s Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on the "fifty yard line" of the Las Vegas Strip and the residential portion of the Green Bay Packers' Titletown development. Glimcher Capital provides services in deal structuring & negotiation, debt & equity financing, financial modeling, operational maximization, dispute resolution and related services. The Grand Bazaar Shops, Las Vegas NV
Glimcher Capital Group developed the iconic Grand Bazaar Shops at Bally's in Las Vegas, which opened in February 2015. It quickly became a destination, featuring an outdoor shopping experience inspired by iconic markets from around the world, including over 120 shops offering apparel, gifts and souvenirs and accessories as well as an array of foodie restaurants and specialty bar venues with entertainment covering over two acres directly on the Vegas Strip.

Scott is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities as well as new fund development. He was previously a Director with Tannery Brook Partners and a Portfolio Manager with CWCapital Investment Management, where he was responsible for the asset management/work-out of an $850 million portfolio of distressed CRE loans and REO. At MMA Financial, a publicly traded real estate finance company, Scott was a Fund Manager controlling a $235 million multi-investor subordinate debt fund. Scott has an M.B.A from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. from Wittenberg University.

Peter Wormser has been creating award-winning residential, commercial and institutional architecture for the past 25 years. His clients range from luxury custom private residences to retail outlets such as Restoration Hardware’s flagship RH Gallery retail center in New York City to large-scale commercial mixed-use developments. He and his team have both the design and engineering skills and extensive understanding of municipal zoning regulations to see their clients' projects through to successful completion and approvals.

Wormser + Associates Architects are the architects of record for the newly opened RH Gallery building, Restoration Hardware's new flagship outlet in Manhattan’s historic Meatpacking District. The firm managed the core & shell construction and tenant fit-out as well as a major rooftop addition for the new 90,000 square retail experience.

Mark Matuska has worked as an architectural designer in New York City since 2002. During this time, he has served as a project manager on a variety of residential and commercial projects, including new retail concept development, hospitality design, interior renovations and historic preservation projects. His experience ranges from large-scale national retail store roll-out to custom single family homes Mark brings a valuable mix of both design and technical skills to Wormser + Associates. In addition to his architectural acumen, he has a particular expertise in the production and manipulation of digital media, a skill set that helps Wormser & Associates bridge the gap between conceptualization to visualization.

Jeff has a long, accomplished career of award-winning work in marketing and the visual arts. He and his team at Seaver Interactive handle branding and marketing campaigns including naming and corporate identity, website design & development, publication design and production, direct mail collateral, social media and email campaigns, and public and press relations that help pave the way for successful launches and roll-outs for client projects. He is an adjunct professor teaching digital marketing at the graduate school level.

Seaver Interactive designed the complete rebranding, website redesign and collateral rollout for this remarkable commercial and residential metalwork company. The website and marketing feature beautiful photographic portfolios of some of Post Road Iron Works’ most extraordinary projects including the World Trade Center's Transportation Oculus, Yankee Stadium and the new Whitney Museum of American Art. Seaver Interactive also designs and manages all of LANDTECH's marketing, including this website.

Marina is a talented designer who manages online and print design as well as website user experience design, social media and email marketing campaigns and print production. She holds a BA from Wheaton College, where she studied studio art with a concentration in printmaking. Previously Marina worked as Marketing Manager for a local arts organization, overseeing the design and production for all printed and digital promotional materials.

Earl Goven has over 30 years of experience in the fields of landscape architecture, site planning, design and master planning. Over the years he has served as lead designer, project manager and/or principal-in-charge for numerous projects, including work on municipal, academic, residential, institutional and commercial landscape architecture projects. Earl has a strong background in LID (low impact development) and site master planning and provides clients with his extensive experience in managing complex regulatory approval processes at the local, state, and federal level.
Maloney High School, Meriden CT
Earl Goven of Blades and Goven oversaw master planning, design and permitting through construction of the landscape architecture for the new renovated Maloney High School in Meriden, CT. Completed in 2017, this $107 million project includes new classrooms, renovations and additions to the school's gym, cafeteria, library and courtyard rain garden.
