Allan Pic

Christopher P. Allan: Senior Associate, Registered Soil Scientist, Professional Wetland Scientist, Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Professional, Registered Sanitarian. Mr. Allan has over 20 years in the supervision and management of environmental projects. These projects include wetland delineations and assessments, environmental impact analysis, natural resource inventories, evaluation of soils for on-site sewage disposal, erosion and sediment control planning and implementation, design of stormwater runoff treatment systems, and wetland creation and planting plans.

Michael J. Bartos, Jr. P.E.: Senior Associate with nearly 30 years of experience in civil and envrionmental engineering design and management. Typical projects include wastewater collection and disposal, stormwater management, environmental assessment and remediation, and infrastructure improvements. He has worked for municipal government, the Army Corps of Engineers and private consulting firms. Member, Water Environment Federation.

Clark Pic

Colin J. Clark, P.E.: Staff engineer with over 10 years civil engineering experience. Colin moved to Connecticut from Houston where he spent eight years engineering in the offshore oil and gas business, evaluating and designing deepwater, high pressure production well tie-back systems and equipment. Colin's experience includes field time overseeing equipment fabrication / manufacturing, conducting equipment and system testing, supervising equipment / system installations, and training operations personnel. Recent projects include hydrologic & hydraulic studies / modeling, on-site sewage disposal system design, roadway design, stormwater management system design, site improvement / development design and planning, and erosion and sediment control engineering / planning.

Thomas Ryder: Senior Associate with over 15 years of experience in conducting and managing natural resource projects. His experience includes wildlife surveys, including threatened, endangered, and special concern species, wetland and aquatic system evaluations including vernal pool assessments and environmental impact assessments, and pond dredging and creation. He is the past president of the Connecticut Association of Wetland Scientists (CAWS). Mr. Ryder has conducted numerous terrestrial and aquatic evaluations for the Army Corps of Engineers, United States Navy, United States Army, Department of Energy, as well as for several international corporations.

Saul Pic

Amanda M. Saul: Environmental Analyst with over five years experience in the field of natural resource inventories and impact assessment and mitigation planning. Ms. Saul’s background in ecology and natural resources has led to participation in numerous projects involving ecological assessment, the design of wetland planting plans, invasive species management plans, and environmental success monitoring. She is responsible for all project level GIS natural resource mapping and aerial photography interpretation. Ms. Saul is also experienced in the preparation of local, state, and federal permit applications.
