Robert B. Oley, P.E.: Managing Partner, Professional Engineer, Registered Sanitarian, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Master of Science in Public Health. Mr. Oley has thirty-five years of experience in the design, review, supervision and management of environmental, civil, and public health engineering projects. These projects include land development planning and design, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, on-site sewage disposal systems analysis and design, roadway design and construction supervision, storm water system design, environmental health engineering, and erosion and sediment control planning. He also has, and continues to serve, as a consultant to various governmental agencies, providing them with review commentary on site development plans and environmental health issues.

Peter T. Romano has nearly 20 years of experience in the civil engineering fields of planning, design, construction inspection and administration of the public works project for municipal agencies and private clients. Prior to joining Land-Tech Consultants, Inc. he established and was a partner in the firm of Richard Bennett & Associates, consulting engineer since 1985. Previous to Bennett Associates he was associated with the consulting engineering firm of Charles Mackie and Associates where he held the position of Project Engineer and Construction Inspector. Mr. Romano is a graduate of the University of New Haven with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Connecticut Society of Civil Engineers, the National Environmental Health Association, and an affiliate member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Mr. Romano has been in responsible charge as Project Engineer of Construction Manager since 1983 in engineering projects, throughout Southwestern Connecticut.
