Land-Tech Consultants, Inc. provides applied ecological and environmental consulting services in the areas of aquatic and terrestrial ecology, fisheries biology, land-use management, limnology, and wetland ecology. Clients include individuals, corporations, state and local governments, and other consulting professionals. Land-Tech has experienced in-house personnel including professional wetland scientists, soil scientists, and certified professionals in erosion and sediment control. Adjunct consultants are available in the areas of herpetology, avian studies, plankton studies, and lake and reservoir management.
Land-Tech can act as lead consultant, coordinating permitting activities for local inland wetlands, coastal site plan review, water diversion, Section 401 Water Quality Certificate, and Army Corps of Engineers wetland permits. Selected ecological or environmental services are also available on a sub-contract basis. The firm has complete field sampling capabilities, including electrofishing and soil sampling equipment. Only state or EPA certified laboratories are used for water analysis. Land-Tech is CAD capable and supports electronic transfer of data.
