Land-Tech Consultants, Inc. has prepared numerous site development applications as well as application compliance reviews and construction inspections. Projects have ranged in size and complexity from simple wetland and stream crossings and 2-lot subdivisions to entire high school facilities and 170-lot subdivisions. Staff members have extensive experience dealing with elected officials, commission and board members, and the public. This includes settlement negotiation for projects appealed in court as well as preparation and review of regulations. On behalf of towns, Land-Tech has solicited and evaluated qualifications and fee proposals for engineering and other types of consulting work, as well as conducted evaluations, equipment purchases, and contractor selection. In addition to its design services for corporations and individual developers, the firm has completed a broad range of engineering design and construction projects for the towns. These include conventional road and drainage improvements, site plans for athletic fields, sanitary sewers and pumping stations, bulky waste landfill and transfer station operation and closure plans.
